QuickBooks Online Onboarding
We use QBO exclusively. If your company is new to the platform or if you’ve been using QuickBooks Desktop, we will do the work needed to onboard you into the program. If you’re a client of ours, you will also receive a discount on your monthly services for the life of our relationship.

Categorization
Categorizing your expenses and income is the best way to get a full visual of how your company is performing financially. We will help you through the process and put in systems that make sense for your business.

Reconciliation
Our professionals will regularly (monthly or quarterly) reconcile your books based on the frequency that works best for your business. Reconciliation is important so that you can get a view of where things are on a regular cadence.

Reporting
This service will be provided in-line with your reconciliation schedule. We will produce your updated balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and any other reports that we feel would benefit your business.

MLS Entry
With 15+ years of experience in MLS systems, we have the ability to efficiently and accurately enter listings into the MLS on your behalf with proper assistant credentials. All listings will be left in incomplete/draft status until you review and approve. We will also load in photos and documents to the listing.
